2 More Months And She Will Be A Year Old!

Yup, Charlie is now ten whole months old. She has become a very silly little baby. She has changed so much over the past month... it's crazy.

At her 9 month check up the doctor asked me if she was pulling up and walking around things. At that point she was not walking around the things she pulled up on. Also, she was still doing her little crab crawl and not the normal crawl. Now she is all over the place. She is crawling so fast now. She doesn't do the modified crawl anymore. She is cruising like crazy. She even lets go quite bit... Although, once she realizes she is not holding on to anything she falls down.

She FINALLY has a tooth coming. This is an exciting thing for me and Tallon. It is also slightly stressful. She is a little more moody and isn't sleeping as great. I do think I have figured out the right dosage of medicine to help with her pain. I also keep her pacifiers near by... she seems to really enjoy chewing on those.

In the past few weeks she has finally started chewing things. For the longest time she would choke on things. Now I can give her lots of different foods. It's so nice.

I can't believe in only two short months she will be a year old. Soon I will not be able to sit Indian style on my bed, hold her, feed her a bottle and let her fall asleep in my arms. That is our normal nigh time routine... it is a wonderful thing. Every night I just look down at her and take it all in. Then before I go to bed I sneak into her room and take one last peak at her until morning.

Happy Anniversary!

Today Tallon and I are celebrating our anniversary. We started dating and got married on May 1st (not in the same year).

Eight years ago I did the unthinkable... I gave my number to a boy. I was about to graduate high school and I knew I wouldn't see him again. We began dating not too long after that day... even though we never said it. He was completely different than me in so many ways, but I knew I would eventually come out of my shell and start understanding everything he said or did. He had a love for music and art that I didn't understand. He was outgoing and rarely embarrassed. I have always appreciated art, but he turn that appreciation into love. I am fascinated with all sorts of art now. I love furniture, photography, paintings, sculpture and so much more thanks to him.

Two years ago we took the plunge and got ourselves hitched. He still has great taste in music and a love for all things artistic. He is also a great husband and a wonderful father. He loves with his whole heart and has a spectacular mustache. I love spending my life with him and I am happy to celebrate something as cheesy as an anniversary with him.

I love you Tallon.
